- Review and approve content, campaigns, and strategies within agreed timelines
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies
- Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
4. Payments and Billing
- Service fees will be specified in the applicable service agreement or proposal
- Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in your agreement
- Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by GrowWithAds during the engagement:
- Remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, deliverables specifically created for you will be transferred to your ownership as outlined in the service agreement
- Our proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, and processes remain our intellectual property at all times
- You grant us a limited license to use project work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you notify us otherwise in writing
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, campaign performance metrics, strategies, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement.
7. Results and Disclaimers
While we strive to deliver measurable results:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue figures
- Results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, product quality, and budget
- Past performance and case studies are not guarantees of future results
- Advertising platform policies, algorithms, and costs are subject to change without notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowWithAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments
- Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
- Active campaigns will be paused and access handover will be completed as per the service agreement

- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Use our website for any purpose that violates applicable law
